How does the 30-day free trial work?

Sign up and use Orion as if you're on a paid plan — full access, no restrictions. No credit card is required to start. On day 31, billing begins automatically for the tier you selected. Cancel any time before that and you owe nothing — no prorated charges, no cancellation fees.

Can I get a discount?

Yes — new customers receive a 10% discount off their first year. Contact us before you sign up. We're a new platform and open to working with early customers on custom arrangements.

What counts as a tracked account?

Any company or prospect you add to Orion's deal pipeline. Each deal room, Brain score, and pipeline card counts toward your account limit. Archived or closed deals don't count.

What happens if I hit my account limit?

You'll see a clear prompt — not a broken experience. You can archive old accounts to free up capacity, or upgrade your plan. If you're hitting limits regularly, email us — we'll upgrade you mid-cycle without waiting for renewal.
